COACHING WALKS

LEADERSHIP WALKS

ON THE JAMES

Extended thru Nov 21

By Popular Demand

Join Robert Dortch for a one-of-a-kind Walk & Talk coaching experience: up to one hour outdoors downtown on the James River, one-on-one, reflecting on your leadership and committing to your future.

While walking at your own pace, you’ll work through your challenges, leave with a commitment, and receive Robert’s Adventures in Leadership Journal. You set the price and decide what the session was worth to you.

I found it to be really disarming and comforting - I could say vulnerable things without eye contact since we were walking and that encouraged me to say bigger things than in a traditional setting. It also felt like a restorative break rather than something I had to get done.
