I've learned through professional and personal twists and turns, ups and downs, successes, failures and starting over that there is no straight line to success. We live in a non-linear world where change is constant and it's accelerating. The good news is opportunity is on the other side of change. Being innovative is a prerequisite to be able to access the opportunities. Innovation requires inspiration, imagination and more importantly it requires action.
